How can I track my order?
Orders sent to residential and commercial addresses may be tracked online with the tracking number provided via email at the time your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to register in the Fedex system.
When will my order ship?
Orders received for in-stock items ship within 72 hours. All domestic orders are sent via Fedex. Orders received after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day, excluding holidays. Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines. Charm Georgetown is not responsible for shipping carrier delays and cannot ensure that the time frames noted above will be met.
What does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping costs are determined on the state that the merchandise is sent to, but here are some general costs. Fedex Ground: $9.95, Three-day: $14.95, Two-day: $17.95, and Overnight: $29.95. Fedex Overnight for Saturday Delivery: $52.95
What is Charm Georgetown’s return policy?
Charm Georgetown accepts returns on all items for store credit only. All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition; all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. Any unauthorized returns, undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the order, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or delivery may be refused and the item returned to sender.
Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS only. Return packages MUST been insured for the full retail value of the merchandise.
Charm Georgetown does not accept damaged merchandise, unless this is the reason for return. You must send an email to email@example.com notifying us of damaged goods no later than 24 hours after you have received it. NO STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION, without previous approval from Charm Georgetown. Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted.
