RETURN POLICY

What if the item isn’t quite white I expected?

We will take back any items received within the allotted time for returns. We will accepts everything except custom made items. Merchandise returned without original tags attached and original packaging will not be accepted, and will be immediately
returned to you.

PURCHASING ONLINE

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept payments made through PayPal. To read more about security and conditions, please
visit www.paypal.com.

Will sales tax be charged?

Since we only have physical presence in Washington, DC any products shipped to any other state will be
tax free. Although tax will be assessed on purchases shipped to Illinois and New York.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING

How can I track my order?

Orders may be tracked online at the Fedex website. A tracking number will be provided in the
confirmation email sent to you. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking to be registered on the Fedex
website. If you are having trouble locating your number please call Charm Georgetown (202-298-0420), or email us at
sales@charmgeorgetown.com

When will my order ship?

If you placed an order for an in-stock item it will ship within 72 hours. Orders received
after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day, excluding holidays. Please note that these
processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines. Charm Georgetown is not responsible
for shipping carrier delays and cannot guarantee that the time frames noted above will be met by the
carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

No, not yet.

What does shipping and handling cost?

Shipping costs are determined by the state, but here are some general costs. Fedex Ground: $9.95, Three-day: $14.95, Two-day: $17.95, and Overnight: $29.95. Fedex Overnight for Saturday Delivery: $52.95
